Warranty and Return Policy

Returns  are applicable only in cases of defects. The buyer has 15 days from the date of delivery to report any defects and return the product to the seller for evaluation. If the defect is confirmed to be the result of the seller's fault, it will be remedied at the seller's expense, with no additional cost to the customer.

If the seller refuses to fix defects caused by the seller, the customer can request a refund. The refund processing time is 21 days.

Custom orders cannot be returned or refunded due to buyer's remorse.

Custom Order Policy

A 'Custom Order' is characterized as any product that is specifically crafted or made-to-order, or any product that was not in stock and readily available for immediate shipment at the time of purchase.

Custom orders are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Full payment is required for custom orders. Once production has commenced, all production costs have been incurred, making cancellation no longer possible, and refunds cannot be issued. The estimated lead time for custom orders is 3-6 weeks, excluding weekends and holidays.

Lead Times and Modifications

Production and delivery lead times are approximations and are subject to change. If a custom order exceeds 12 weeks from the deposit or payment date, the customer has the option to cancel the order for a full refund or the return of the deposit.

Once a custom order is submitted, there is no guarantee that modifications can be accommodated. Charges may apply for any approved production modifications.

Payment and Delivery Terms

Your credit card will be automatically charged for outstanding payments in accordance with our Store Policy, which includes overdue invoices and additional charges.

If the customer is unable to take delivery of the ordered items within 15 days of being notified that the items are ready to ship, warehouse storage charges will be applied. If the customer is unreachable by phone and/or email, or unwilling to take delivery of the items after 15 days of ledcitypoles notification, the customer forfeits the non-refundable deposit, and ledcitypoles.com retains full discretion on how to handle the ordered items.
