11. Shipping & Handling (S&H) Charges:

12. Warranties:

13. Return & Restocking Policy:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days with an R.G.A. number.
    • Restocking charges apply unless an error was made by LedCityPoles.com.

15. Special Order Merchandise:

    • Returns accepted for errors made by LedCityPoles.com.

18. Mistaken and Damaged Shipments:
